Courtney E. Ackerman is the author of My Pocket PositivityMy Pocket Gratitude, and 5-Minute Bliss. Her early travels sparked her interest in learning about human nature at a young age. This interest led her to Claremont Graduate University, where she earned her master’s degree in positive psychology and program evaluation, studying compassion, survey research, and psychological assessments. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, wine tasting, and playing video games with her husband.
