Yann Cornil

Yann Cornil, PhD, is a tenured associate professor of marketing at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. A specialist in consumer behavior, food pleasure, and eating habits, he earned his PhD in marketing at INSEAD under Pierre Chandon and has published in leading journals across marketing, psychology, and nutrition. His research on Epicurean eating has won major academic honors, including the Association for Consumer Research Dissertation Competition, the Prix Jean Tremolières, and responsible research awards from the Financial Times and the American Marketing Association.
