Whipped Lemonade

Lemonade is the ultimate summer refresher, but Whipped Lemonade? That’s a whole new level of deliciousness. This creamy, tangy, and sweet treat exploded on social media for its unexpectedly smooth, dessert-like texture. It’s almost like ice cream in a glass, and once you try it, you’ll get the hype.

 

2 cups ice

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup lemon juice (from about 5 lemons)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

½ cup whipped cream

2 lemon wedges

 

1. In a blender, combine ice, heavy cream, condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Blend 1 minute at high speed until smooth and creamy.

2. Pour into two glasses and top each with whipped cream and lemon wedge.
