James Preller is the author of a wide range of children’s books, including the Jigsaw Jones and Scary Tales series. He enjoys writing for very young readers (A Pirate’s Guide to First Grade) as well as books for middle graders, such as Shaken, Bystander, The Courage Test, and Blood Mountain.
