About The Author

Aileen Ablog discovered the ketogenic diet when she was faced with a future of health ailments, such as heart disease and diabetes, after having fought endometrial cancer. She needed to lose weight and change her eating habits. Within a few months of weight loss and increased energy, she realized this was more than a diet, but a lifestyle. Four years later, Aileen is still a strong advocate for the ketogenic diet.
