Tim Budgen

For much of his life, Tim Budgen has been scribbling down ideas and can usually be found with a pencil in one hand and a sketchbook in the other! He has a real passion for character design and storytelling and his books include When You Adopt a Pugicorn and Starwhal by Matilda Rose and Bouncing Bunnies by Fiz Osborne. Tim lives by the sea with his wife and their pets Baxter the cockapoo and Alfie the cat.
