Rachel Selman

Dr. Rachel Selman, DPT is a physical therapist, strength and conditioning coach, and sport scientist specializing in pelvic health and athletic performance. She has helped thousands of athletes achieve and surpass their performance goals through education and utilizing movement as medicine. Selman is passionate about her work having learned the importance of pelvic floor health firsthand--she trains and treats athletes at Synthesis Physical Therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina.
