R. Palan

DR. R. PALAN grew up in a multicultural environment; he studied chemistry, professional medical and psychiatric social work, psychology and management. He lived and worked in five countries. A trained professional speaker and human capital development consultant, Palan has written several books, produced videos, created management games, pioneered the use of FUN in training and produced the internationally acclaimed software HRDPower. Palan is the Chairman and CEO of SMR Technologies Berhad, a company listed on the MESDAQ Market of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. The company has offices and representatives in USA, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Brunei and India. Palan lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with his wife Kamu, two sons Maha and Subu and daughter Shrieeya. He also travels extensively to Dubai, U.A.E. and Chicago, USA.
