Michelle is a chef, recipe developer, pastry expert, and media personality with more than two decades of experience across culinary education, food media, and brand partnerships. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, she ran her own cake business for more than a decade, taught at Sur La Table and the French Culinary Institute, and developed recipes for Delish, Chowhound  and Uproxx. Her media credits include Food Network’s Throwdown with Bobby Flay and Food Network Challenge, the Kitchen Gods podcast, and her book, Essential Tools, Tips & Techniques for the Home Cook. Since joining HelloFresh in 2022, Michelle has championed accessible, inspiring home cooking. She speaks on culinary techniques, baking, recipe development, food trends, and food as a connector, bringing an engaging, approachable style to on-camera appearances and conversations. Prior to her career in food, Michelle worked in corporate branding at companies like Sesame Street and trained in acting and improv, bringing creative storytelling, brand strategy, and performance to her culinary work.
