Meera Alva

Meera Haran Alva is a consultant psychologist and psychotherapist with 17 years of experience in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. She received her masters specializing in clinical psychology from Delhi University and post-graduate training in family therapy from the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. She has also received an additional postgraduate degree in the management of learning disabilities from the S.N.D.T University, Mumbai. Meera has extensive experience working as a consultant with schools and has facilitated many training workshops in the area of mental health awareness and education. 

Meera’s expertise lies in individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, parenting work and child & family therapy.
