MATT DOMO is the Founder of Amazon Web Services' Database Division, where he pioneered Database-as-a-Service and led platforms scaled to $107 billion. He led engineering at Microsoft SQL Server and Rackspace Cloud, infrastructure now serving billions of users daily.

Named MSN’s "#1 AI Leader to Follow" and USA Today’s "Top 5 Visionary Entrepreneur," Matt is the author of Everybody Wins, introducing The ME Experience: his methodology for designing businesses where systems, data, and AI adapt to individuals, rather than forcing individuals to adapt to systems. He's adapted these battle-tested insights from startups to Fortune 500s for the modern AI era.

As CEO of FifthVantage and Chairman of the Space Force Association, he advises Fortune 500 leadership and boards as well as the United Nations.

Matt is an avid Ohio State football fan, barbecue enthusiast, and music devotee. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and two sons.
