Lauren F. Streicher

Lauren Streicher, MD, is a clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, a certified menopause practitioner of The Menopause Society, and the founding Medical Director of the Northwestern Medicine Center for Sexual Medicine and Menopause. She is a Senior Research Fellow of the Kinsey Institute of Indiana University. She is a bestselling author and has written multiple books including The Essential Guide to Hysterectomy and Sex Rx: Hormones, Health, andd Your Best Sex Ever. In 2022, Dr. Streicher launched Dr. Streicher's Inside Information Podcast: Menopause, Midlife, and More. She is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, a member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, Inc., and The International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health. She has been honored with numerous other recognitions and has been elected by her peers annually since 2002 for inclusion on Castle Connolly’s Top Doctor Listing.
