About The Author

Lara Pan is a curator, writer, and researcher working across contemporary art, science, and speculative systems of knowledge. Her practice explores perception, imagined epistemologies, and the limits of human understanding through exhibitions and research-based projects. She has curated internationally at major museums and biennials, including the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Performa, Kunsthalle Winterthur, MGML Ljubljana, Chelsea Space in London, and the Château de Montsoreau–Museum of Contemporary Art. Her writing appears in The Brooklyn Rail, WhiteHot Magazine, and numerous artist publications.
