Kelly Knight

Kelly Knight is the President and Integrator of EOS Worldwide, where she has served as Integrator since 2016. Over her career she has partnered with eleven Visionaries, and she credits her father as the first person who showed her how to take an idea and make it real. Before EOS, Kelly spent more than twenty years as an expert team-builder leading dynamically growing organizations in the financial services industry. As the first EOS Worldwide employee, Kelly scaled the implementer base behind the proven EOS process, model and toolbox 10X in 10 years, transforming the business to become the preeminent global franchised operating system. Kelly's personal core focus is to fulfill the cause: helping entrepreneurial teams get everything they want by protecting, preserving and perpetuating EOS to the world. A member of the Forbes Business Council, she writes and speaks on the Visionary/Integrator relationship, intentional culture, and what it takes to build a leadership team that lasts. Kelly is a co-author of People: Dare to Build an Intentional Culture, part of the EOS Mastery Series. Her focus today is growing the EOS community internationally with people who are passionate about helping entrepreneurs get more of what they want from their businesses.
