Katrina Moore

Katrina Moore is the author of many acclaimed picture books, including One Hug, Chang’e on the Moon, Grandpa Grumps, and its companion Grumpy New Year. Her books have been named a Best Children’s Book of the Year by Bank Street College of Education, selected for several state award lists, chosen as an Inclusive Book for Children Top Pick, translated globally, and the recipients of starred reviews from Booklist and School Library Journal. A former elementary educator for thirteen years with a MA in teaching, she’s previously taught in Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey.
