Julie Mathieu and Muriel Tallandier created Fou de Patisserie, the first French magazine exclusively dedicated to chef patisserie in 2013, bringing together recipes from the best chefs adapted for the general public. Buoyed by immediate success, they then opened several shops, bringing together in one space the excellence of French patisserie.
