Julie Lyles Carr is a best-selling author, speaker, podcaster, and content consultant who believes in the power of words to inspire and connect. She is the founder of CarrConsult, a media and communications company dedicated to helping individuals and brands find their voice and is a sought-after voice for audiences navigating work, writing, spirituality, family, and calling.

Her best-selling book Raising an Original (HarperCollins) released in 2016, followed by Footnotes (Abingdon Press) in 2019. Positive and Encouraging Truths about Anxiety (KLOVE) releases in the fall of 2026. Behind the scenes, Julie has also helped bring almost thirty books to life through ghostwriting and collaborative writing, with publishers like HarperCollins, Simon & Schuster, Penguin Random House, and Hachette, and more. She is currently working on her debut novel, a thriller romance with historical elements.
