Lt Col. (ret.) Jason O. Harris is a combat-proven U.S. Air Force leader, Special Operations aviator, and former Boeing KC-46 squadron commander who helps organizations build trust when the stakes are high. A fourth-generation military member, he served more than 27 years in uniform across 11 combat deployments—leading teams through uncertainty, high-consequence decisions, and missions where clarity, cohesion, and accountability weren’t optional.
