Daniella Dayoub Forrest
About The Author
As a health coach, Daniella Dayoub Forrest helps clients navigate conflicting and ever-changing advice and distill it into actionable, personalized plans. Having worked as a personal trainer and health coach in Silicon Valley for over twenty years, she has helped people of all ages, disease states, and states of mind with one common thread: We are dynamic and constantly evolving creatures and so should be our strategies to achieve wellness.
Daniella’s own health struggles, including disordered eating, osteoporosis, and auto-immune disease, powerfully motivate her to continue learning. Her challenges only fuel her drive to find new ways to grow and thrive.
Daniella’s biggest inspiration comes from her family. Her husband, daughter, and two step-children keep her mindful and focused. When she has any downtime, you can find her on the tennis courts, studying Arabic, volunteering with Moms Demand Action, or watching the Golden State Warriors.
Daniella is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), a Whole Health Educator from the National Institute of Whole Health (NIWH), a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and a Performance Exercise Specialist (PES) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
