Clement Eaton

Clement Eaton was an American historian known for his focus on the American South. He attended Harvard University and was the chair of the History Department at Lafayette College. He wrote several books, including History of the Old South: The Emergence of A Reluctant Nation and The Freedom-of-Thought Struggle in the Old South.
