Claudia Amador was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, in 1998. A writer, bookseller, and workshop facilitator, she has published horror and speculative fiction in Spain, Mexico, Uruguay, and Colombia. In 2024, she won Colombia’s National Elisa Mújica Prize for Narrative for Highblood (Altasangre), her debut novel.
