Bo Bernhard

BO BERHARD, PhD, has spent more than thirty years studying one deceptively simple question: Why do humans play? A fifth-generation Las Vegan and Harvard University graduate, he has explored tourism, sports, entertainment, gaming, and hospitality across six continents, advising governments, global hospitality leaders, and Fortune 500 companies along the way. Bernhard has delivered more than three hundred keynote addresses worldwide, and his research and teaching have earned UNLV’s highest university-wide honors. Malcolm Gladwell selected his Fun Economy initiative as the winner of T-Mobile’s National Community Innovation Award. Bernhard divides his time between Las Vegas and Mexico City, two global capitals of the Fun Economy.
