About The Author

Ariel Boroff is a LA based Illustrator and Costume Designer. She is a dyslexic artist who grew up as a modern nomad, living wherever the Navy sent her family. This unique background encouraged an adventurous spirit, an ability to brave new experiences with open arms, and a heightened connection to the visual world. As a creator, Ariel finds inspiration in art history and the human experience, creating vivid visual stories that connect with and engage her audience in storytelling. Her illustration and design work has ranged from Theater, Dance, Performance Art, Events, Film, Television, and Children’s Books. Ariel has an MFA in Costume & Scenic Design from CalArts.
