About The Book

A New Era for the Witchblade begins here!

For the first time in the enigmatic weapon's history, New York City Police Detective Sara Pezzini unlocks an aspect of the ancient relic no wielder has ever had before—transforming her into something strange, powerful, and NEW that will redefine the Witchblade legacy.

Maimed by her enemy, Kenneth Irons, Sara draws upon the ancient powers of The Darkness and the Angelus to rise, transform, and strike back, becoming something entirely new in the process. Life does not stop, as Sara must try to put the broken pieces of her life back together while also hunting down a supernatural serial killer, and more in this action-packed volume that will redefine Witchblade and set the stage for new players in the shared Top Cow Universe!
