About the Book
- Are you a social or recreational poker player?
- Would you like to improve your game and win a bit more often?
- Do you have 30 minutes a day to spare?
Then this is the book for you.
There is a lot of material available for players trying to improve their poker game. However, much of the advice is rather advanced. It can be complicated and not always easy to implement at the table.
Winning Poker in 30 Minutes a Day is different. It keeps the advice simple and direct and enables you to learn the basics of winning at no-limit hold’em with the help of over 30 appropriate and creative exercises.
The aim of this book is not to turn an already very good player into an expert. The aim is to take a regular Joe (or Jane) and make him or her good enough to beat social and recreational games.
Poker is a lot more fun when you are winning and this book will give you the tools to enable you to win.

Raves and Reviews
Finally a must have instructional poker book (easy to comprehend). Ashley Adams titled it with “30 Minutes a Day,” however I bet you can’t put it down after only 30 minutes. It’s an excellent read and the blueprint for those wanting to spend a limited amount of time each day to move their game to the next plateau. Rarely do I suggest you buy a book immediately, however this might be the exception.
– Al Spath, PositivePokerInsiders
If you’re a recreational player, Ashley Adams’ Winning Poker in 30 Minutes a Day could be the kick-start your poker game needs to become a more competent and, dare we say it, a more consistently winning poker player. For a semi-pro, it will serve as an excellent reminder for some tactics you should be already employing. It may not help a full-time pro that much, but the book could be useful during periods where the professional is having a tough time. Overall, Ashley Adams’ Winning Poker in 30 Minutes a Day can offer something to everyone – if you’ve got 30 minutes a day to really study!

Full disclosure: I was predisposed to appreciate this book because I’ve been around Ashley and his work a long time. I’m also an honest critic. Even though Ashley is a friend, I couldn’t recommend his book to you unless I really thought it was helpful. And I do. This is a good’un.
– Tommy Angelo, Professional Poker Player and Author
While Winning Poker in 30 Minutes a Day is not going to be the master strategy book of the year for players who are already running a good profit, turning recreational break even players into profitable players is something that isn’t easy to do, and as such, this book should be very popular. Adams talks about it more detail via his interview page at DandBPoker, who again have produced another excellent poker book that should appeal to the masses. Bitesize poker advice that doesn’t take up too much of your time per day but will make you a better player is a great idea and always will be. Picking up Winning Poker in 30 Minutes a Day might be a good decision you make this year and Adams book is one we could really see the merit in buying if you’re a player looking to beat entry level opponents.
