Outi Harma is a Finnish-born artist and Oracle card deck creator based in Los Angeles. She has worked for over two decades as a professional artist and is known for her bold, vibrant paintings in which the visible and invisible worlds merge.

Outi’s paintings reflect her passion for female empowerment. Her female archetypes bring a sense of rich, eternal life and gaze at that powerful presence.
