About The Book

It was supposed to be a lucrative job posing as a rich man's girlfriend, but that was before someone ended up dead. Now the police are leaning on call girl Diana Andrews and making her do their job for them. From Cape May to darkest Morris County, New Jersey, she must investigate old money and murder, and hope she isn't the next victim. A short story from our Fingerprints mystery and crime line.

About The Author

Albert Tucher is the creator of suburban prostitute Diana Andrews, who has appeared in more than eighty hardboiled short stories in venues including the anthology "The Best American Mystery Stories 2010." Her first longer case, the novella "The Same Mistake Twice," was published in 2013. Albert Tucher recently began writing about his favorite place on earth, the rainforest of the Big Island of Hawaii, in "The Place of Refuge" (2017), "The Hollow Vessel" (2018), and the forthcoming "The Honorary Jersey Girl." (It's complicated. You'll have to read the book when it comes out next year.)
