2 packets (31⁄2 oz each) frozen acai 1⁄2 cup fresh orange juice 1 banana, cut into thirds Granola, dried coconut, fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries), sliced banana, and nuts (such as toasted slivered almonds or walnuts), for serving
Run the frozen acai packets under warm water for 10 seconds, then open the packets. In the blender, combine the acai, orange juice, and banana. Blend, starting at 1 and slowly working up to 10, until smooth, 15–20 seconds.
Pour the acai mixture into bowls and garnish with the desired toppings. Serve right away.
