About the Author
Caro Carver
Caro Carver is an award-winning poet and novelist published in twenty-three languages. Born in Belfast, Caro has a PhD in literature from Queen’s University, Belfast, and was formerly Reader in Creative Writing at the University of Glasgow. The author of Bad Tourists, she is also published as C.J. Cooke for her gothic thrillers. Her books have been nominated for an Edgar Award and an ITW Thriller Award and selected for Book of the Month Club, Waterstones’ Paperback Book of the Year, and BBC Radio 2 Book Club. Caro lives in the northeast of England with her family.
