Jordan and Jessica Bourke are brother and sister, from Dublin. Jordan works part-time as a chef at the Michelin-starred Petersham Nurseries restaurant in London and for private clients, specializing in health, weight loss and nutrition. Jessica is a nutritional therapist and natural fertility specialist. She writes for Irish media on nutrition and fertility.
