Stan and Amy Reiff met as high school seniors, married during college, and began a lifelong adventure of faith, family, and ministry. They served as missionaries in Alaska, where they raised three sons through seasons of adventure and adversity. Today, they are dedicated to helping families build a multigenerational legacy of faith, character, and wisdom.

Stan brings more than 40 years of ministry, government, business, and organizational leadership experience. A Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA), and ordained minister, he has held executive leadership roles with Equip Foundation, Crown Financial Ministries, and CapinCrouse, where he served as Professional Practice Leader for the Consulting Practice.

Amy, an educator by training, has devoted her life to family, hospitality, and ministry. Her experiences as a mother, entrepreneur, and mentor have shaped her deep dependence on God and her desire to encourage families to live with greater purpose and intentionality.

Together, Stan and Amy equip families to Transfer Wisdom Before Wealth, helping generations pass down not only what they have, but what matters most.
