About the Book

Reshape your brain—and break the Dopamine Code! Developed by leading cognitive and behavioral neuroscientist Dr. Sydney Ceruto, this workbook fosters healthy dopamine-building habits and empowers you to boost motivation, focus, and mood—without the crash of overstimulation or burnout.

Do you ever feel like you can’t get yourself to start something, follow through on it, or feel genuinely fulfilled? Dopamine is part of the reason why: this brain chemical drives motivation, focus, and satisfaction. Neuroscientist Dr. Sydney Ceruto teaches you how to apply the science of dopamine to your daily routine so you can feel more energized, focused, and content. You’ll discover the basics of dopamine, along with prompts that help you apply what you’ve learned, like:
-Mapping your dopamine day to recognize when you feel energized, restless, or pulled toward quick hits of stimulation
-Building a dopamine menu of healthy rewards for long-term satisfaction
-Tracking cravings and emotional shifts to better understand what drives them
-Designing your “golden hours” around the times your brain works best
-And more!
