John B. Arden, PhD, is a psychologist with over forty years of counseling experience. Recently retired from the Northern California regional director of training at Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Arden has written over a dozen of books that provide insight on neuroscience and health psychology. Some of his works include Mind-Brain-Gene and Brain2Brain.
