James Krieg is an American screenwriter from Wisconsin who is known for writing various superhero animated films and shows, particularly those based on DC Comics and Marvel Comics, including Green Lantern: The Animated Series. He had also written animated Scooby-Doo works and the 2000 animated web series Supermodels for Icebox alongside Dwayne McDuffie and Matt Wayne.

Molly Jones is a writer from the North of England with a passion for telling stories big and small. She has a big love of history, mystery, and collecting weird and wonderful copies of The Hobbit.

Paul Douglas Cornell (born 18 July 1967) is a British writer. He has worked in television drama and Doctor Who fiction, being the creator of one of the Doctor's spin-off companions, Bernice Summerfield. Other British television dramas for which he has written include Robin Hood, Primeval, Casualty, Holby City, and Coronation Street. For American television, he has contributed an episode to the modern-day set Sherlock Holmes series Elementary. Cornell has also written for a number of British comics, as well as Marvel Comics and DC Comics in the United States, and has had six original novels published. He is one of only two people to be nominated for Hugo Awards in prose, comics, and TV.

Lizbeth Myles is a Scottish writer and podcaster. She writes audio drama for Big Finish, and has contributed to their Doctor Who, Blake’s 7, and Survivor ranges. Her story "Peake Season" was a Scribe Award nominee. She’s a three-time Hugo Award finalist, and can be heard on Hugo Award-nominated Verity! podcast, Telefantasy Time Jump, Hammer House of Podcast, and the ENNIE Award-winning How We Roll podcast (playing a French otter). Her latest work is a book on the politics of Doctor Who: Where We Stand, Where We Fall, out now from Herne Books.

Steve Orlando is an American comic book writer, known for his work for DC Comics writing characters such as Batman, Martian Manhunter, and Wonder Woman, and two series starring Midnighter, which were nominated for a GLAAD Media Award.

Bill Masuku is an award-winning Zimbabwean comic book artist and writer, currently creating Runeless for Disney Hyperion through the Kugali Ink imprint while self-publishing Captain South Africa. His afromanga Tokoloshe Hunters was published by Etan Comics with a Kickstarter that attracted 485% of the funding. Masuku has worked as a storyboard artist for Triggerfish on a Netflix project and Disney x Kugali's 3-time Emmy Award-nominated animated series Iwájú. In 2022, Masuku was featured in Forbes Africa Under 30. Masuku was selected for the Creation Africa FOCUS in France, supported by the Institut Français, among 15 other comic book artists across Africa. He was selected as the British Council’s Design Futures Africa Storyteller for Zimbabwe, a project centred around sustainable development, the green future, and the informal economy. In 2020, Masuku was spotlighted as an up-and-coming artist during DC Comics’ global event DC Fandome.

Eliot Rahal (Hot Lunch Special, Bleed Them Dry, Madam Satan) is a New York Times-acclaimed writer best known for his work in comics and his collaborations with Last Podcast on the Left, Machine Gun Kelly, and Emily Hampshire.

Residing in Frederick, Maryland, Sam Romesburg is a relatively new writer excited to make his Mad Cave debut with Hound, co-written with writing partner Sam Freeman. Previously, Sam was the co-creator of the Scout Comics series Children of the Grave, the Sumerian Comics series One of Us is the Killer, and one shot Rock & Roll Hell with co-creator Ben Roberts. Outside of comics, Sam enjoys aggressive music, football, and spending time with his wife Louisa and 3-year-old son Jesse.

Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Sam Freeman is a co-writer of Hound with writing partner Sam Romesburg. Along with Hound, Sam’s work can be seen in Basic Instinct with Sumerian Comics. Beyond comics, Sam is a massive fan of the Coen Brothers, his fiancée Emma, and Al Green’s The Belle Album.

Andrea Mutti began his career illustrating the superheroes comic 'DNAction' for Xenia Edizioni. He then illustrated horror comics for Fenix. He moved over to Star Comics, where he drew stories with 'Lazarus Ledd' and some episodes of 'Hammer'. Since then he's worked with DC/Vertigo, Marvel, Mad Cave Studios, and IDW.

Rodrigo is a self-taught cartoonist. He has been drawing since he can remember. At university, he studied audiovisual communication where he learned about narrative. During that time, he participated in several contests, winning several prizes. Once he finished at university he took a pre-production course in animation and his teacher signed him up for a studio where he dedicated himself to making storyboards, while he worked as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer. Recently, however, he has turned his attention to comics and managed to publish his first work, “Swip Tip Kapety Kaluse”, this was followed by “El misterio de la Calle Viento”, a local project to promote the city of Marbella, and “FONDO” a strange pirates story. This year, he published “Montemar”, an adaptation of a classic Spanish story, filled with adventure, romance, monsters, and ghosts.
