Why We Love It

Feeling Good is all about taking a mental health journey and making it fun! Most people realize that they need to take better care of themselves mentally and do more frequent check-ins on themselves, but the idea can be daunting, and they don’t know where to start. Dr. Kojo brings his friendly, charismatic self to these workbook pages as he guides readers along simple, fun exercises like drawing a sports roster of your team (your support system); imagining if failure wasn’t an option, what you would do; and listing out the things you know you’re really good at. The exercises here will help readers assess their own mental states, be more confident, and gain a positive outlook on life.”
