Suzy Levinson is an award-winning author of children’s books, including Animals in Pants, Dinos that Drive, A Year in Clown Town, Salvador Snake: Looking for Love, Pumpkin Spies, and Baby Mermaid’s Bedtime. Her poems have been featured in numerous anthologies and magazines, such as Highlights and Cricket. When she’s not reading or writing, she enjoys buying toys that her cat will never play with. Cori Doerrfeld received her undergraduate degree in studio art from St. Olaf College and her postbaccalaureate from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She is the illustrator of the Pinky Paws Level 1 Ready-to-Read series and picture book Baby Mermaid’s Bedtime by Suzy Levinson and the author-illustrator of picture book Maggie and Wendel. Cori lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with her husband and two children.
