Nancy Owen Lewis

Nancy Owen Lewis (1945–2022) was the director of scholar programs for the School for Advanced Research for thirteen years. She is the coauthor of A Peculiar Alchemy: A Centennial History of the School for American Research, winner of the New Mexico Book Awards’ “Best Book in History,” and Chasing the Cure in New Mexico: Tuberculosis and the Quest for Health.
