Raves and Reviews
PreS–Another lovely rhyming book for preschoolers about Noni and her friends, Dave the Dog, Coco the Cat, and the “ladies next door”(cows), who go to the beach for a day of frolicking and splashing. Simple, happy illustrations depict the friends’ day, against a backdrop of pale turquoise sea, sandy beige beaches, and the rosy pink of a sunset once the friends turn homewards. VERDICT A perfect blend of text and pictures makes this an outstanding offering for the youngest crowd.
