About The Authors

Peter Curtis is a bestselling author, award-winning producer, and creator of children’s characters, books, and television series known and loved around the world.

With over a million book sales to his name, Peter is the creator and author of the popular children’s story book series Dinosaur Roar!, which is produced in association with the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC.

His book Dinosaur Roar and Friends! was specially created for the 25th Anniversary of World Book Day in 2022. In addition, What Dinosaur Am I? A Lift-the-Flap Book is a bestselling book on dinosaurs for children.

Prior to creating The World of Dinosaur Roar!, Peter spent over twenty-five years working in children’s media. He was the executive producer of the original Bob The Builder series, which went on to become a global phenomenon, and the multi-award-winning television series The Koala Brothers. Peter is also the creator of the pre-school television series Rubbadubbers, which also aired on broadcast channels around the world.

Jeanne Willis is the author of many books for children, including Tadpole’s Promise, I Hate School, I Want to Be a Cowgirl, and the popular Professor Xargle series, all illustrated by Tony Ross. Ms. Willis lives with her husband and children in London, England.
