A. Every experience, good or bad, is a priceless collector's item.

Q. If you could eat only one thing for the rest of your days, what would it be?

A. The 10-item Thali at Poppy in Seattle. Trick answer! It's 10 things in one!

Q. If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you choose to be?

A. On a beautiful mountaintop with a beautiful woman in my beautiful 1976 GMC motorhome.

Q. What is your greatest achievement?

A. Transforming myself from the sour, cynical pessimist I was throughout my teens into someone with a lust for life and hope for the future.

Q. If you could acquire any talent, what would it be?
