A. I was a musician as a teenager and a composer during and after college. I play jazz piano and I have found that being able to improvise has been a very helpful skill in treating smoking addiction and as a psychotherapist as well.

A. Nothing feels better than accomplishing something you didn’t know you could do.

Q. If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you choose to be?

A. Italy, where I had my honeymoon, because I was so relaxed there and the food is amazing.

A. “Smoking can't solve a real life problem; it is a real life problem.” Also I like to say “really!” when I am curious about what someone is saying.

A. Being a father to my two sons.

A. I’m interested in what people have to say, so they like to talk to me.

A. People who pretend to know what they are doing and just cause more and unnecessary problems.
