A. "Why am I so tired?"

A. "Interesting." Which is so not interesting!

A. My pathological dread of having anyone, anywhere be mad at me.

Q. What do you regret most?

A. I once refused to try baby squid served in its own ink, on the grounds of being a vegetarian. I still think it sounds horrifying, but I was at a family dinner in the Basque country in Spain, and I mean, you know. YOLO.

Q. Who is your favorite fictional villain?

A. Humbert Humbert, the disturbed bard of Lolita.
