I have never understood why anyone
in their right mind would get up at the crack of dawn the morning after gorging
on a Thanksgiving feast to fight hordes of determined shoppers for a few good
deals. As far as I’m concerned, the day after Thanksgiving was made for one
thing: lounging. My post–Turkey
Day TBR pile is all set, and I will be on my couch cuddled up with a blanket,
reading and munching on leftovers while the Black Friday shopping frenzy ensues.
