The Strategy Handbook

The Secret Sauce to Daily Business Success

About The Book

From The Boardroom to Broadway, learn how to cut through the clutter to simplify complexity in your life.

Executives, Execution, and Empowerment!

It is said that actions speak louder than words. Theory has its place, but experience serves invaluable. With experience, you actually learn, iterate, strategize, and improve.

It's through execution that you gain clarity, achieve quantifiable results, communicate messaging, solidify priorities, and move one-step closer to realizing your vision.

Like soap and bathing, strategy is of no benefit unless it’s actually applied; this practical handbook provides daily benefits that far exceed the initial application.

In this granular guide, you will be empowered to generate and execute business strategies through the user-friendly charts, graphs, case studies, and learnings of others.

Though strategy can be complex, it isn’t reserved merely for the boardroom or academic elite.

The time has come to demystify the stigmas that have traditionally plagued institutionalized strategy, and in a down-to-earth manner, unpack the value-added learnings from MBA programs and scholarly textbooks to achieve obtainable results that actually matter...to you.
