So when eccentric Professor Fahrenheit rolls into town and reassures the citizens of Dry Gulch that he can end their drought, he is met with intense doubt and skepticism.

Determined to save the day, Professor Fahrenheit puts his magical and wonderful weather machine to the test as he demonstrates his strange contraption and attempts to bring the dehydrated town a healthy batch of rainstorms.
