John Rovani is the founder and managing partner of Ponterra Business Advisors and author of Ace Your Exit. With over a decade of operating experience leading two Software as a Service companies and working as an executive in Fortune 500 companies, John brings a unique perspective to his investment banking practice. John has an MBA from Vanderbilt University, a certificate in negotiation from Georgetown University, and was a finalist for Dealmaker of The Year in 2012. After a decade of operating experience and another decade working in a larger investment bank, John founded Ponterra, a boutique M&A advisory firm focused on helping software, data, and B2B services companies achieve value maximized exits. John lives in San Juan, Puerto Rico and is the father of two successful young professionals.
