Jeffrey Pietrzak, PhD, has spent his career as a leader in learning and organizational development, talent development, and human resources. Jeff has nearly twenty years of experience building and leading people-focused initiatives ranging from private firms to Fortune 500 companies. With a PhD in business, Jeff strives to blend his real-life experiences with academic perspectives. He is interested in all things related to people at work, with topics of particular interest including organizational justice, work orientation, leadership development, employee engagement, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
