David Medansky is known as “The Overweight Person’s Best Friend” because he is a leading authority on how to lose weight without dieting, exercising, or counting calories.


David struggled with his own weight issues until July 2016 when he discovered he was on track to have a fatal heart attack. During the next four months he shed fifty pounds, almost 25 percent of his total body weight, and he has kept it off.
