Q. How would you describe perfect happiness?
A. Is there such a thing as perfect happiness? I guess, for me, it's found in those moments when a wave of contentment passes over me. When I'm running, when I'm reading a great book, when I'm writing and in the zone, when I'm hiking and enjoying nature, when I'm sharing a fun moment with my family, etc. It can be found in those moments when I take a breath, look around, and think, it doesn't get better than this.
Q. If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you choose to be?
A. On a warm beach with a book in one hand and a cool drink in the other

A. That I majored in business instead of something around literature or music

A. I'd love to be a talented pianist

A. My two sons

A. I like cookie dough WAY too much

A. I'm pretty happy being me, but I'd love to trade places with Taylor Swift for a day
