They went to the library to get a suggestion for the next book to read, and the librarian not only pointed out my book, but told them I was local and might come talk to them. Thank goodness for libraries and great librarians!

August 21, 2012I'm so exciting to see my book, KATERINA'S WISH finally launching from the wonderful launch pad of Margaret K. McElderry Books here at Simon and Schuster. In celebration of this event, my blogging friends are throwing me a LAUNCH PARTY over at the EMU's Debuts blog from August 20-24! There will be interviews, a virtual reading, experiments with cooking, a book give-away, and at least one downloadable party favor.
And mostly, there will be lots of celebrating, because it's not every day that your debut book comes into the world. So drop by and celebrate with us.
